Trenton was very helpful from the beginning. I walked up with a car seat in my right hand, and he reached out to shake my hand with the left. Although this is an uncommon approach, it did not feel strange. It was a slight adjustment, but still spoke to me to say I'm here to help you in your current situation. With each question we had, Trenton had an answer. If he did not know, he let us know and he found out. He operates with honesty, integrity and grace.

We found the vehicle online. Trenton helped us when we arrived. He showed us other vehicles we were interested in, but we narrowed it down to this one.

Overall, it has been a very good experience from beginning when I made the first call to us deciding that we wanted to move forward with the vehicle. I would send my mom here if she lived in this area...then again, I still might send her to Trenton!
